  1. General Overview
    Pixel Printers provides press-ready packaging dielines, 3D product mockups, digital vector design files, and physical printing services. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Pixel Printers.
  2. Digital Products & Intellectual Property
  • Ownership: All digital files, box dielines, vector templates, and 3D mockups available on pixelprinters.co.in are the intellectual property of Pixel Printers.
  • Single-User License: When you purchase a digital file, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for your personal or commercial packaging projects.
  • Restrictions: You MAY NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, or upload our raw vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PSD, .PDF) to any third-party asset platforms or file-sharing sites.
  1. Printing & Custom Design Services
  • Proof Approval: For custom packaging and printing orders, clients will receive a digital proof for approval. It is the client’s responsibility to check dimensions, text/spelling, margins, and bleed areas before granting final printing approval.
  • Color Variations: Slight variations in color may occur between digital screen previews (RGB) and final printed products (CMYK/Pantone) due to printing processes and material types.
  1. Payments & Pricing
  • All payments for digital downloads and printing services must be processed through our secure payment gateways.
  • We reserve the right to change our product prices and service rates at any time without prior notice.
  1. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
  • Digital Downloads: Due to the immediate downloadable nature of digital products (.AI, .EPS, .PSD files), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link is accessed.
  • Physical Printing Orders: Custom print orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has officially begun. If there is a physical manufacturing defect caused by our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof photos for a resolution.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    Pixel Printers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital files, incorrect printing layout execution by third-party printers, or project delays beyond our control.
  2. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date.
